OUR HISTORY
THE BEGINNINGS
In 2002, we decided to bring NiC Cocktails and Mixes to life with a clear goal: to take cocktail culture in Alicante to new heights. With our passion for classic flavors and extensive experience in the industry, two bartenders embarked on this adventure on Castaños Street.
And NiC was born, a project that merges our experience with a fresh and creative perspective. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to creating unique drinks, elevating each cocktail and mix to unparalleled levels of excellence.
THE FOUNDERS
When we started this adventure in 2002 Fco. Javier Gomis and José E. Box were at the helm, two cocktail enthusiasts. Now we have a much larger team. Although the beginnings were difficult, with the empty premises and moments of doubt, we never gave up.
At that time, the world of cocktails in Alicante was forgotten, but over time, we managed to revive it and create a unique culture in the area. Join our story and let yourself be carried away by exceptional flavors in a unique atmosphere!
THE EVOLUTION
Over the years, our venue gained recognition in the city, backed by the success of our bartenders in national championships, making us a benchmark for quality cocktails in Alicante.

The team grew, strengthened by constant training, and to meet the demand of our customers, we opened a new venue on the same street. Additionally, we created NiC Events, where we combine our activities in the venues with the creation of premium bars, consultancy, and tastings in different establishments throughout the country.

Today, we strive to be a true liquid paradise that invites you to explore a universe of flavors and sensations. At NiC, you can enjoy a wide range of options ranging from reinvented classics to signature creations, including our exclusive gin and tonics and our innovative homemade preparations of bitters, macerations, and fruit infusions in spirits.
